This is not as easy as one may think, since the Windows setup is built to force every one who installs Windows to sign in with their Microsoft Account! NOTE! There is nothing wrong with signing in with a Microsoft account at all, the problem is that you are enforced to do this during the wrong part of the installation! This ends up RUINING the safety, stability and performance of your computer! Who wants an unsafe, slow PC with stability-issues?

HOW WINDOWS SETUP DOES IT:
The problem with Windows setup is that you are FORCED to create your own Microsoft connected user-account before any other account has been created. This means that your own Microsoft account will be the computers ONLY ADMINISTRATORS ACCOUNT! And as you read above, in every attack that hits your computer all malicious code will be RUN WITH YOUR OWN USER-RIGHTS, IF YOU ARE SIGNED IN WITH ADMINISTRATORS RIGHTS WHEN ANY MALWARE OR ATTACK HITS YOU, THEY WILL ALSO BE RUN WITH YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS. In this case 100% of any attack that tries to use an unpatched vulnerability will succeed to 100%! (That’s bad!). Any virus, trojan or spyware may easily circumvent safety features, since they have the same administrative rights as you do! Thus they may easily circumvent the UAC and easily TURN OFF your antivirus to silently install malware in your computer and much more!

The absolutely BEST PRACTICE is to FIRST create the computers Administrators account as a local account, since the first account ever created will get administrators privileges (rights), BEFORE you create any USERS-account! THIS IS WHAT BitsInPCS SHOW YOU HOW TO DO!

You will then use this Admin-account to configure windows your way, and to install all updates, all the software that you need from the start!etc. ALL THIS BEFORE BitsInPCs SHOW YOU HOW TO CREATE A PROPER USER-ACCOUNT FOR EACH PERSON WHO MIGHT BE USING THE COMPUTER! That most often is YOUR OWN USER-ACCOUNT(but could also be accounts for your partner, your children etc.)

The security model in Windows is actually more similar than different from the security models of operating systems like: Linux or Unix.
All operating systems uses the ability to set security on files and folder as a base for it’s security! Then you may attach USER-GROUPS that carry different USER-RIGHTS (PERMISSIONS). This is why every operating system has a GROUP FOR ADMINISTRATORS and A GROUP FOR REGULAR USERS. And in every operating system there will be NO SECURITY IF A USER IS PLACED IN THE ADMINISTRATORS GROUP! (And thus gets Administratrators rights)! As the Windows setup does!
 Security is only achieved by making users have regular user-accounts and using the UAC or SUDO to perform administrative things.

THIS IS THE BASICS OF FUNDAMENTAL COMPUTER SECURITY! NO MATTER WHAT OPERATING SYSTEM YOU USE!

Therefore it is very risky to install Windows by following the ordinary setup (the Microsoft-way)! Your security will be easily bypassed at any time!
